Hôtel 5* in the Gambia, West Africa, is looking for his F&B Manager (h/f).

Overall responsibility for the entire organization of 4 rest., 4 bars, an ice cream shop, overseeing busy banqueting (functions up to 1000 people +) and all procedures regarding service, ordering, budget, as well as hygiene, training and quality control.

Must be a good cost saver and controller, and have leadership qualities.
